MATERIAL HANDLING HOSE FOR INJECTION MOLDERS

SERVICE: Designed for bulk handling and conveying material such as resin, pellet, granular or powder materials. Service temperature: -10 F to 150 F.

CONSTRUCTION: Clear, flexible and highly abrasion resistant FDA approved PVC with a clear rigid spiral reinforcement. Smooth bore and convoluted cover for flexibility.

1" thru 4" I.D. available in 100 foot lengths.
5" thru 8" I.D. available in 20 foot lengths.

OPTION: 1 ½" thru 6" I.D. available with embedded static wire for grounding in 60 foot lengths.

HIGH TEMPERATURE DRIER HOSE FOR INJECTION MOLDERS

SERVICE: Lightweight and flexible; handles air and fumes at relatively low pressures.

CONSTRUCTION: Available in 1-ply and 2-ply. Supported with a steel wire helix and a fiberglass cord overwrap. Standard length is 12 feet. Two temperature options: Fiberglass impregnated with black neoprene which is rated to 300 F. Fiberglass impregnated with red silicone rated to 500 F.

V-PACKINGS FOR HYDRUALIC RODS AND PISTONS

Solid or split rings.
Male and female adapter rings top and bottom.
Center v-rings; amount depends on required stack height.
Low or high pressure applications.
Single or double acting cylinders.
Installation tips: When using split rings, stagger the seams 90 degrees. Install rings separately, not as a set. Over-tightening can cause early failure. Use spacers under gland ring which can be reduced as the seal wears (spacers should not exceed the height of the lip on the gland ring).

ONE PIECE GLAND SEALS

Rated to 5000 PSI. Nitrile rubber sealing area. "Float" fit (no adjustment needed). Do not
compress-leave at least 1/8" clearance to allow it to "float".
